— Take care of yourself, physically as well as emotionally. Take healthy diet with more proteins and less spices. Drink lots of water. A healthy pregnancy leads to less tensions. It is also important to be careful so that mother-baby emotional bond doesn’t get harmed.
— Read good books or magazines which provide guidance on pregnancy or motherhood. Even though all the details are available on internet, but books provide more satisfaction.
— Give more time to your hobby. Spend time with kids. It creates a positive impact on the little one inside your womb.
— Avoid doing any work alone. Try taking help from husband or other relatives. This will save you from getting tired.
— Wake up early and go for a small walk. Being close to the nature can bring you towards happiness.
— It’s necessary to get guidance from elders at this time, but avoid people who give unnecessary advices.
— Do not decide on delivery options, C sec or normal. Go with the flow or else you will keep thinking about it ending up in tension.
If you have doubts in your pregnancy, the best person to give you answer is your gynecologist. Do not trust anyone else. Every pregnancy is different in some or the other aspect.
